Short-Term Running Goals: I have a 1/2 marathon on sept 27th 2009!!!! My goal for this race is to finish under 2:30:00 and not barf or die.
I really want to get my 5km time to around 25 minutes
So my short term goal is to do one race a month from now on to keep me on my toes!
Long-Term Running Goals: Long term goals! I want to be able to run a 5k in 20 minutes. Run the Toronto marathon in the next few years. Then the big one...Boston! Personal:
